2022 February 20 Announcements
Our collection for the month of February is for the HarvestCall Apostolic Christian Missions.
If you are planning on going to the Bible Class Benefit this Saturday evening, please sign up at the message center today. The silent auction will be from 4:00 to 5:30 pm with hors d’oeuvres served. We will seat for dinner at 5:30 and there will be a short program after dinner. A list of items available for the silent auction can be found in the link at the bottom of this email.
The young group girls’ Bible study will be held this coming Tuesday evening starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Gathering Room.
The young group guys’ Bible study will be held at the same time at Bro. Dan and Sis. Heidi Schumacher’s home.
This Wednesday evening we plan to have another testimony night at the Fellowship Hall main assembly room. We plan to give opportunity for Bro. Ted Taufer and Sis. Darcy Schock to share how the Lord has worked in their lives. There will be opportunity for anyone in the congregation to ask questions as well. We look forward to getting to know each other better and grow in our walk with Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome.
Everyone is invited to a HarvestCall Kit packing night at the Fellowship Hall next Sunday, February 27th at 6:30 pm. We will be packing kits to be handed out by our missions in Mexico. A snack will be provided. Sign up sheets are at the Message Center. Any questions, please see Sis. Carrie Blunier.
The rest of the Bible study books have been delivered. If you have not gotten yours yet, please pick one up at the south entrance.
Reminder to please vote for Sunday school teachers and trustee by this Wednesday, February 23rd. A reminder email was sent out Saturday morning with the link to vote. Only 58 out of a possible 365 have voted so far. Please make this a priority today or tomorrow. Thank you so much.
It’s time to update our church directory. If you have any changes, please get them to Bro. Randy & Sis. Roxy Blunier or Bro. Barry & Sis. Joyce Kloter.
Note from Sis. Whitney Wiegand and Family:
We would like to thank our church family for all of the prayers, cards, texts, and gifts that we have received over the last several months. It is incredibly humbling to be on the receiving end of such love. Your prayers were felt in a powerful way. Whitney got home Friday and is resting and recuperating. It will be another year or so until we know how successful the surgery was. We love you all! Whitney and Family
Bro. Dirk and Sis. Deb Steffen would like to thank the Goodfield congregation for the flowers, cards, expression of sympathy, and especially the prayers in the loss of Deb's mother.
We rejoice with Bro. Matt & Sis. Hannah Grimm as they were blessed with a baby boy, Haldon Matthew on February 17th.
Sunday School HarvestCall Collection Item for February: Kleenex (for Heart House).
